What shipping options are available?
· Spain and Portugal (Peninsula and Balearics): Courier MRW
· Rest of Europe: Courier TNT/UPS
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order amount for Spain and Portugal (Peninsula and Balearics) and depending on de weight for the rest of Europe.
They will be shown before the order is completed. They may also vary depending on the country destination.
Delivery Term when using ordinary mail
In Spain and Portugal (Peninsula y Balearics) delivery will be made within 1-3 working days. If your order requieres special preparation, the delivery may take an additional working day.
For the rest of Europe, delivery will be made within 1-7 working days. If your order requieres special preparation, the delivery may take an additional working day.
We inform you that if the parcel has not been claimed within the specified term by your national mail company, it will be returned to us. Costs for a new shipping will be covered by the customer in this case. The same applies if the address provided by the customer is wrong.

Can I cancel an order that has been confirmed?
You can
cancel orders that haven't entered the shipping process. Just send an email to info@artandplanes.com with your order number and we will manage the cancellation if
possible. We will send an email to the
address in the registration form to request confirmation before completely
cancelling your order.
I have received my order and it is not the article I purchased, or it is
damaged. What can I do?
We always pay
careful attention when preparing orders and check everything is in perfect
conditions before shipping it. However, if you find something wrong in your purchase
we suggest that you reject the parcel and contact our support team providing a
digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the
problem) in an email. You will be offered a replacement or refund. Please note
that once you accept the parcel you can only return it if the item is in
perfect conditions.
I have decided to return my purchase. What should I do?
If you are not happy with your purchase and it
is in perfect conditions you may return it within 7 working days, and we will
refund your money. In this case return shipping costs are the responsibility of
the customer.
